I save money not buying a new DVD player and I was able to still use the old X Box system. And the price for this product was great. I love Amazon. Classic Xbox DVD Playback Remote (26 June 2010)I use my Xbox as a cheap Media Center PC, and I was getting tired of using a controller as a remote. I figured I'd order a DVD playback remote and use that instead, for convenience's sake. Quick Buys had a good price at a nice shipping rate, so I chose them. The package arrived very quickly, in brand new condition, as advertised. Excellent service! Brand new and cheaper then used at gamestop (23 June 2010)I placed my order and recieved it 6 days later from Quick Buys. Item was brand new in the original packaging and cost less then the same item used at Gamestop even with shipping. This is a great addon to a still great system. If you are using the original xbox dash this is necessary for dvd playback, if you are using a modified dash like xbmc it's a nice accessory but not necessary. Once you have this item, you can just use the reciever and program a universal remote to your xbox. Perfect.
