	Wii Fit combines fitness with fun and is designed for everyone, young and old. Wii Fit players work towards personal fitness goals and they block soccer balls, swivel hips to power hoop twirls, and go big on ski jumps to get themselves there.
	Check your daily progress, set goals, check your Wii Fit Age, and even enter exercise time you've done outside of Wii Fit.
	Wii Fit Age is measured by factoring the user's BMI reading, testing the user's center of gravity and conducting quick balance tests.
	Training is at the core of Wii Fit. You can spend as much (or as little) time as you want trying out all of the 40+ activities Wii Fit offers.

Good, but you have to get Wii Fit Plus! (20 June 2010)
If you bought this for your family, not solely for the fitness part, you definitely want to get the Wii Fit Plus. It includes so many more games that are actually fun!

Wonderful produce (28 May 2010)
This is the most realistic fun exercise i ever seen. Actually i am having fun with my family and i am exercising at the same time. The different exercise games are wonderful and produces real effects.

We use our Wii Balance board with Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus, love the games and exercises. A lot of fun and good for you at the seme time.

I love playing Wii Fit! This game really gives you a work out while you are having fun. The balance games are very fun and challenging. I would recommend Wii Fit to anyone who wants more activity in their game playing. Plus the balance board can be used with other games.

We have really enjoyed using the Wii Fit... the whole family developed a passion for the various fitness routines and our flexibility and strength has steadily improved since the first sessions.
